I love jazz because...because it nurtures my soul with some of the best inspired improvisation which touches the soul. I was first exposed to jazz...KJAZ Alameda in my 20's fell in love with dinner jazz in the evening living in SF at the time. I met [musician name]... The best show I ever attended was...Nancy Wilson@the coconut grove in SF. The first jazz record I bought was...Billie Holiday; Live at the Monterey jazz festival 1958. My advice to new listeners...get the bose soundwave I am able to listen to jazz in san mateo,san diego,orange county,new orleans,chicago, and NYC! Or whatever else you have in mind.Create live music, and keep it alive!
