Enrique Thompson

Born: January 10, 1982

Enrique Thompson is an Argentinian saxophonist, EWI performer, composer, and improvisation artist known for his versatility across various musical genres. He has led and performed with ensembles spanning orchestras, chamber music, jazz groups, blues, rock, Latin American music, tango, saxophone quartets, African, electronic, and experimental music. His compositions extend to film scores, theater pieces, and multidisciplinary projects throughout Latin America and Europe.

Thompson's formal education includes classical saxophone studies at La Plata’s Conservatory and composition at La Plata National University in Argentina. He has further honed his craft through courses and private lessons with esteemed musicians such as Michael Brecker, Bob Mintzer, Carlos "Mono" Fontana, Paquito D’Rivera, Carlos Michelini, and Anibal Arias.

German Lema

Born: October 21, 1975

Organist, pianist, composer and arranger, Germán has taught at the Newpark Music Centre (now Newpark Academy of Music) in Dublin, Ireland and founded the first Third Level Jazz Program of Paraguay.

Since, 2014, he lives in Southern Argentina, where he is active both as a performer and a in-demand composer and arranger for popular and orchestral works, as well as for music for film, theater and dance.

Guadalupe Raventos

Guadalupe Raventos is a renowned jazz singer known for her unique style. She embarked on her career in the 90s and has released six albums to date, showcasing her artistic evolution and creative prowess. Spending a significant portion of her journey in the vibrant jazz scene of New York, Raventos received support and mentorship from esteemed icons of the genre, Mark Murphy and Sheila Jordan.

As a mezzo-soprano, she possesses a wide and flexible vocal range that allows her to traverse musical landscapes with ease. What sets her apart is not only her technical virtuosity but also her playful spirit and boundless improvisational freedom when delving into scat singing. Anita Donndorff

Born: September 17, 1995

Anita Donndorff is a 26 year-old Argentinean singer. She began her musical journey in 2017, and has become one of the most influential singers in the jazz scene in Buenos Aires. She has performed at some of the most important music venues in Argentina, such as Teatro San Martin, Virasoro Bar, Bebop Club, among others. Anita has also shared the stage with the most important and prestigious musicians of the scene such as Juan Cruz de Urquiza, Hern��n Jacinto, Oscar Giunta, among others. She has been an artist in residence at the prestigious Jazz Club Thelonious, having played dozens of shows in the last few years. She has released one album as a solo artist (You Invade All My Dreams, 2021) and three singles (Tus Ojos, 2021; Lo Que Me Queda Por Vivir, 2021; and Herida de Sombras, 2022). She��s now preparing the release of her next album, Thirsty Soul, featuring some of Argentina��s finest musicians, and arrangements and double bass performances by New York mainstay Paul Sikivie.
