Matt Shoaf performs, composes, arranges and produces music. He is also an experienced teacher, having taught private lessons, classes, and ensembles. He performes on saxes, flute, and keyboards in a wide variety of musical styles ranging from jazz, rock, blues, and reggae to electro-acoustic, avant-garde and classical. Matt currently performs in San Diego with Pink Floyd tribute band Have a Cigar and his own funk infused jazz group Musetet. Matt received his education in Kansas and Missouri where his compositions were performed throughout the midwest by student ensembles and at professional conferences
