Doug Wilde

Doug is the principle composer, music director, and keyboard player for the Canadian world/ jazz /fusion group Manteca. Doug has also released a number of projects under his own name, both “Chamber/ Scenic Jazz” and “Ambient Music”. His latest project “ The Sixth Dimension” is a unique reworking of traditional jazz harmony, using six-note scales.
As a composer and founding partner of the music production company "Harris Cole Wilde " (later known as "Jungle Music") Doug spent many years writing and learning on the front lines – creating all kinds of music, working with great musicians and recording everyday. As a screen composer, Doug has created well over 1500 scores for radio and television commercials – including numerous scores for TV variety, documentary programming and radio drama. Doug also has extensive experience as a music director for live television. He has composed, arranged, and led bands for the Gemini and Genie awards, weekly national variety shows, Canada Day from Parliament Hill and the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame.

Tal Blumstein

Pianist and composer Tal Blumstein was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Tal started playing the piano when he was 6 years old and soon fell in love with it.
At 15, he turned to the world of Jazz and popular music out of great interest in improvisation.
In 2012, Tal decided to move to New York City to pursue his musical dream. He studies at “The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music” from which he graduated with highest honors as valedictorian.
Over the years, Tal led various groups and collaborated with top artists in Israel, Europe, and the US.

Bennett Paster - Keyboardist, composer, and musician Paster is one of New York City’s most creative and versatile musicians. He has performed original music at clubs, concerts and festivals in the United States, the Caribbean, South and Central America, Central and South Asia and throughout Europe. He has performed with jazz and blues stars Wallace Roney, Keb Mo, Robben Ford, Kurt Elling, Curtis Stigers, Rufus Reid, Bill Stewart, Billy Hart, Peter Erskine, Albert “Tootie” Heath, Ndugu Chancler and Yosvany Terry among others. He has also performed with musical theater and cabaret stars Christine Ebersole, Ann Hampton Calloway and Michael Cerveris

Adam and Patrick met as composition students in their first week at Birmingham Conservatoire. Since then, they have worked consistently, writing, and recording music in a variety of musical styles ranging from Jazz (mainly) to electronica and rap. A key feature of their music is their close collaboration with musicians in Bristol and in the US, particularly in New York and their consistent use of Studios in Bristol, in London (Premises studio, Alchemy mastering) and New York (The Bunker studio) in order to focus their sound. They are currently working on their third album.

Hue Blanes

Born:
Born in 1984, Melbourne, Hue grew up in the small Victorian town of Healesville, where he began his musical life playing local fetes, concerts and festivals. He received a scholarship to study at the Victorian College of The Arts Secondary School (VCASS), and graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Music Performance and the prestigious Billy Hyde Music Prize for outstanding achievement. Hue's teachers have included some of Australia's finest musicians - Bob and Steven Sedergreen, Andrea Keller, Tim Stevens, Tony Gould, and most recently with Fred Hersch and Jason Moran.
