Pianist, bassist, jazz educator and University of the Arts graduate, Jason Long is among the most in-demand musicians in the region, and has recorded extensively on both a local and national level. A careful, thoughtful, inventive, lyrical and sometimes fiery improviser on both bass and piano, Long’s primary interest is jazz, though he is fluent in virtually every style of music.
