The Made In New York Jazz Competition today named the winners of its 2024-2025 season. Launched in 2013 as the first online jazz contest by the Made In New York Jazz brand, it drew entries from over 70 countries. Judges included legendary American jazz artists

The Made In New York Jazz Competition invites passionate jazz musicians from every corner of the globe to showcase their artistry by uploading their video performances directly to the website madeinnyjazz.com Musicians choose from five dynamic categories��Solo Instrumental, Solo Vocal, Small Band, Composer, or Arrangement. Once submitted, the work enters a thrilling hybrid judging process: thousands of dedicated jazz fans worldwide cast online votes to build buzz and support, while a prestigious committee of experts shortlists the standouts.

Matteo Prefumo

The 2026 Gala

Last season's winners performed at a prestigious venue in New York City. The 2026 gala will feature this year's winners alongside renowned jazz artists. Check madeinnyjazz.com for updates and early tickets. Fans can watch videos and vote there too.

Next Season Opens September 1

The Made In New York Jazz Competition will open submissions for its 2025/26 season on September 1, 2025. Musicians worldwide are invited to submit video performances through madeinnyjazz.com in categories including Solo Instrumental, Solo Vocal, Small Band, Composer, and Arrangement.
