Registrato (febbraio 2014) e prodotto in Ungheria (BMC sta per Budapest Music Center) col patrocinio dell'Istituto Francese attivo nella capitale magiara, questo album riporta sotto i riflettori un musicista che, con gruppi propri o accanto ai vari Sclavis e Portal, aveva convogliato non poche attenzioni su di s�� all'inizio degli anni Novanta per poi, almeno dalle nostre parti, far progressivamente un po' perdere le proprie tracce.

Magari l'impatto �� un po' pi�� annacquato, rispetto ad allora, proprio perch�� sostanzialmente non si avverte se non una minima evoluzione, ma ci�� non toglie che la musica che il trio produce sia viva e palpitante, con inserti elettronici e vocali (non accreditati), e qua e l�� -si direbbe -una maggiore indulgenza verso il gusto corrente.

Non mancano ovviamente momenti pi�� pensosi e compassati, tipo "Bien dans sa peau" (finale escluso), "Spirituel frisson," aperto dal solo contrabbasso, per certi versi lo stesso "Brain Wave," attraversato da una tribalit�� soffusa in morbido crescendo, e "Insperiment," persino un po' estenuato. Il resto, come detto, ha corpo da vendere, qua e l�� anche con un piccolo margine di eccessiva disinvoltura.

Disco, sia quel che sia, di ascolto assolutamente gratificante.
