Il concerto consiste di otto brani, largamente improvvisati e tutti intitolati a Budapest, e un bis, "Somewhere over the Rainbow." La struttura del concerto (e lo stesso brano scelto come bis) fa pensare alle esibizioni solistiche di

Bach su tutte, ma anche il samba brasiliano, il nuevo tango argentino, il jazz e la musica ungherese. L'assoluta padronanza della tecnica strumentale viene messa al servizio di un'espressivit�� mai banale e scontata, dalla quale traspare tutta la passione per la musica interpretata.

Disco imperdibile per tutti gli amanti della chitarra, in particolare classica, e un altro grande interprete dello strumento che si aggiunge ai tanti nomi di chitarristi gi�� presenti nel catalogo ECM.
