Tredici i brani complessivi, per oltre un'ora e mezza di musica piuttosto tirata (oltre che ottimamente incisa e oggi rimasterizzata), tutti a firma del baritonista (con alcuni capidopera, a cominciare d "Line for Lyons"), fatta eccezione, ovviamente, per il Rodgers & Hart di "My Funny Valentine" e per l'Ellington di "Take the A Train."
